notification bubbles

Hi I'm using Samsung galaxy note 10 plus I'm glad that here in uae have already updated the 1ui 3.0 but the problem is why I cannot see the notification bubble of Facebook messenger and also what's up I hope you can help  about this matter. Thank you so much.

After the update, it's changed,

Go to your settings and search, Smart pop-up view, there u Wil get an option for enable pop up view,

I make it already but the bubbles is not working only the last one only works thats why I want to know why the pop up view only works the bubbles are not

Whatsapp still support last one only, waiting the update

Go to settings, notifications, you will see some apps, click see all to have all your applications, look for WhatsApp for example, click on it then open the Message notifications, enable Show as pop up.

Hi,

Please go  to settings - notifications - Smart pop-up - WhatsApp - Enable and see if that helps resolve the issue

about what's up in smart pop up it's working but the Facebook messenger is not thats why I want to select the bubble so I can't open,read and reply anytime us much as I want. now I select the bubble I can use the fb messenger but it's not same like before when I turn it back I can see all my friends who's online now only I can recive the message individual but its ok atlist I can do read and reply directly. I hope the 2nd update it will be fix other issue thank you so much.
