See..Clear Cache & Data of One Ui app twice once from apps section and again from show system apps from apps top right corner by clicking three dots & clear system UI Cache from same section...Also clear cache from Software Update too (Twice, with both apps) and also perform Cache Partition and restart your device..Hope it may resolve your issue...Also we need to perform Factory Resetting after Major update..I am also getting many lagging issues and tried many things and these are few out of these and from last few days it is working in right way except network issue, but that I don't know whether it is because of Sim Network Provider or because of OS...

Hi there,

 

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Settings > apps > tap on 3 dots (Upper right corner) > reset app preferences and restart the device.

2- Settings > apps > select the desire application > storage > clear cache > go back > force stop.

3- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
