note 9. low in call volium

I m having an isue in my note 9. Call volium is too low to hear even volium is full. Its hard to hear the caller voice. Is there any body who can help me 

What would be the issue ??

My fone is updated running on 10.0 ui 2.0 

Security update is 1st may. 

I av cheked the ear piec its clean n i ave cleared cache data as well but problum still exisist.

Bro check Ur call speaker there Mey be dust or sweating in that please clean it through air pressure or other safe method. InshaAllah resolve issue
