Hi, my note 9 display seen suddenly becomes all faded with distorted colors and some really light horizontal lines. What to do?

only solution is to change the display as so many note 9 users did ... neither software nor any app can solved it because display already got damaged

not software glitches display gone ....samsung provides non A/B partition type ota software not like other company hence if someone simply update software via mobile data or wifi then there will be the maximum chances to produce software loop holes over software which creates thousands of issues in devices and anything mysterious can be happened then .. even display and motherboard can destroy forever as many users faced before......it's not process.......allaways try to install software especially in samsung devices via smart switch and pc or from odin or through authorised samsung service center as they use odin only for their official purpose...... before ui 2.0 there were total 23 vulnerability in note 9,s9 and after 2.1 still now there are 13 vulnerability + 2 critical issue in samsung own software now if someone already installed software Via mobile data or wifi then possible software loop holes over vulnerability destroyed display already
