colour is peeling from above the volume key...neither it was fallen nor used roughly...i've paid a big amount for this phone...not for such after sales experience

bro. defenitly you should contact them showing this image and ask for a replacemnt.or else file a case in consumer court.

Sides are aluminum so i think its expected after some time

no.not with alumunium.alumunium can get scratched.it will peel off if it's a painting. just like older phones like s5 note 3. but now its alumunium so it should not.
