note 7 touch broken

iam a note 7 user.accidently my phone drop and touch panel broken.but i can use my phne well.samsung recal note 7.they wil retake my phone or not

they wouldn't.... I had a similar problem on the second day of buying the product.... I had to spend 1100 dhs for the repair. and the exchange it....

yes they will change it without any problem

yessterday there is 2 persons with the same problem, and they change it without asking, because the battery issue is 100 % more important than broken screen

when i was dropping my old note 7.. the gentleman who was taking the recalled phone and gave me a7 he said exaclty samsung gave them instructions to receive any single note 7 from the customer whatever the condition or even without the box .. i gave them just only the phone and they accepted it .. so my advice is you go and replace it

today i replace my lcd broken note 7 with a new note 7.thanks samsung
