note 7 cracked

hello all,I am living in Dubai. can somebody tell me if Samsung will exchange my Note 7 even my screen is cracked? it slip from my hand n got cracked at the edge. pls let me know the fact answer... thanks

person damage cannot be covered under warranty.

call samsung and ask them! i think they will give some solution! because i dont think they want you to use that phone with the problem of the battery

Maybe . Because a battery problem is 100% more important than a screen cracking .
