Hello.. I am struggling with Battery of Note 20 ultra. I am not using much but by 12pm, the battery drains to 50 - 60 percent. I did whatever shown to save battery. Any Help

If you are living in GCC. Using Ethiraz or any corona app. It consumes more battery and keeps your display on and cpu engaged. It causes more battery drainage. I recommend you to close the app by force stop everytime you use it from app info. Try this and check the battery level.

I was in the Service Centre. They just put apps on sleep and thats it. I explained them but they said will work fine. Then i left abroad for work and was still struggling with same issue.

I don't think it's an issue.... it's pretty normal and it's not good for your battery to keep it always at 100% as the battery capacity will decrease and I think your phone is doing great 👍

Check installed apps. Find out which one is hogging the juice. Service Centre will try to reset your phone and get it back to factory settings to figure out if its and issue with the phone. If even after reset its behaviour is same, they'll replace the battery. If it is not, then my friend its the apps on your phone
