not updating phone

Pls help guys to update my phone.. I'm trying from yesterday . I don't know y it's not updating.

ya I did.. even more than 100 times but at the end it says update fail. thx for advis

Try to Switch Off the VPN if it is ON, and Make sure that your device is not rooted.

Ok. then you may try your device through Smart Switch Program on laptop.
And make sure that your Device is not rooted

Try to re-download the software update if it still doesnt work backup your files, and reset the phone if it still doesnt work, go to your nearest samsung repair center, or talk to the Samsung Live chat by pressing the '+' button then press live chat and start it.
