my screen has turned yellow suddenly after the July 1 update this is a note 9

My screen has just turned all yellow and facing problem since the ladt update. I have never seen a note series phone behave this way and i have not dropped the phone or the display has any kind of crack.

To resolve the issue kindly follow the given below steps:-


1. Check device in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.


2. Reset the device:- Settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

Aren't you tired of giving same response. Instead try to collect data for Note 9 users and forward it to your verticals informing them about the issue on such large scale

Same happened on my note 8.
Its due to adaptive brightness.
Go outdoors in full sunlight and check for the tint.
if its gone then turn off the adaptive brightness settings.
worked for me.

Same problem here.
Temporary working method is,
I have enabled AOD.
Before unlock my phone I just touch the screen to AOD show up then unlock the phone.
Display works fine when I do this.
But I have to do this everytime I unlock my phone. This is a temporary solution which works for me till samsung provides us the actual solution.
