its happening bcs your phone firmware is not official. you have to update your firmware first from samsung official software updates.

dear it also happen with my s7 edge when i update my firmware from an outsource network. if your mobile firmware is official and even then its not working then first to backup your all data and you have to reset your mobile and update your software.
