my jabra elite 25e wont connect to my note 9

Please help how to connect my Bluetooth headphones which is not visible in my Bluetooth available list at all. Though it's not connected to other phones. Please help

Jabra elite 25e is soooo ducked up.. wasted my money and the store wont accept refund or replacement..

I cant connect to my note 9 too.. Jabra is a lousy brand..
