Try using some other usb cable and watch if it shows the message again.
If the message pops again then put your mobile in a rice packet for a day

if it keeps giving the same msg again then take it to the samsung service store

did you ever put your device under water for photography? if it is then mr.vikki and mr.utha is absolutely correct.....if it's not like that then it's happening for software issue

yes I put my device under water for photography

then follow the procedure ..put it on rice Bag of dry it by hair dryer or fan..completely let water goes dry...NOTE:...your device is ip68 water resistant I.5 meters for 30 minutes but it doesn't mean you can take photography under water..Samsung will not give any warrenty for water damage..if motherboards destroyed then you have to pay huge..because if some little amount of salt or mineral is present In the H20 then it can affect device 👍

try by sending an error report by going to the Get help section and then view more tab and u would get an reply soon for sure. Send the error report without fail after u detect the problem again. Send as many times as possible
