Galaxy NoteIf not, then increase volume during call.
If volume is full then go for the interactive checks in members app.

Galaxy NoteDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We at Samsung understand the situation as phone is one of the essential part of our day to day activity.
Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:
- Check device volume settings: Settings.> Sound & vibration.> Volume. Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
- Check mute all sound option: Settings.> Accessibility.> Hearing enhancements.> Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled)
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
