Have you checked whether in call volume is full or not?

If not, then increase volume during call.

If volume is full then go for the interactive checks in members app.

Hi! please check if any dust is on your receiver. if yes then try to clean it with a dry & soft toothbrush. Hope it helps.

Incoming calls through in ear speaker will always be low compared to speaker volume. It is made to work like this to avoid ear drums damage and health hazard.
