loosing internet while on call

I am loosing internet connection mobile data when i have a regular call on my note 10 plus.

Any solutions ??

It depends on your service provider. If VoLTE is supported by your service provider, you can use data while receiving calls.

call etisalat or du . and asking them to active volte for you . good luck

Enable VoLTE by following these steps :
Setting - Connections - Mobile Networks - "Enable VoLTE calls Sim 1"
