I couldn't intall Dex software in my laptop, what i have to do is there any other option to connect my note 10plus 5g to the laptop

For Dex to work in your PC, the following should be the specs:

Your PC should meet the following system requirements to run Samsung DeX:

Windows 7 SP1 or higher (32/64 bit)
- CPU: Intel® Core™ i3 2.4 GHz processor or higher (Intel® Core™ i5 2.5 GHz or higher recommended)

- Minimum memory (RAM): 4 GB (8 GB recommended)
- Disk space: At least 500 MB (recommended)
- USB: A free USB 2.0 port (USB 3.0 recommended)
- Screen resolution: 1024 × 768, 32 bit or above
