Lagging issue in the phone may be caused by:- Low internal memory or faulty memory card. Kindly perform the following quick steps and be assured that this should resolve the issue:-
1) Free some internal memory - Settings > Device Care > Storage (at least 20% internal memory free).
2) Check software update - Settings > Software Update > Download and install.

If the issue still persists, kindly attach the log file and send it to us in the Samsung member application (attach when the issue occurs within first 15 minutes): Samsung Members App > Feedback > Error Report > Attach log file.
