Hello sir

 I have Samsung Galaxy note9  which is purchased in October 2018. And now I'm using it..

So here I'm writing my Problem or Story About “Green” screen issue in my Device It's accrued By Faulty software. By Samsung

 I received my monthly security patch update for the month of March 2020 via OTA (over the air). Upon updating the above mentioned security patch, I started to face screen flickering issue. Thinking that, it is a lag, I restarted my phone. Now, the real problem started july. The display turned pale yellow. Initially I thought it might be because of Blue Light Filter. Upon switching off Blue light filter, the problem was not solved. I also started getting horizontal lines on my screen which was surprising and the phone would heat up severely, not letting me to use it for sometime. After end of day it totally green color display it not touch working. Fully green color display show on phone also   I am attaching the display imges  of My Note 9

After waiting for software fix i contacted to Samsung online help in same day in july 20th

To conclude, from my observations above, it is clearly evident that, the problem which I am facing is purely software glitch and not a display problem as suggested by your service center engineers. People around the world including me purchase high end smartphones from Samsung with a trust in quality and assurance, which the Company has built over the years. With this trust and belief, I hope and look forward for Samsung India to acknowledge this issue by providing me with a comprehensive solution.

I am also facing same issue with s9+.
nobody from samsung is bothered enough to answer

Should alert out brother and sisters to boycott the smsung flagship phones till it resolves this universal issue.

same issue here. I started getting this green screen with horizontal lines, noisy image and super hot galaxy note 9 phone in June 2020, after some update. Then after 4 weeks it got fixed. Now again since Sept os update same issue. Samsung Service centre wants to replace the screen for Rs 18000, but i dont think this is a hardware only issue.... pls help!

Ask all your connections to post as NOTE 9 BIG SCAM from Samsung on all social Media, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and so on...

 

After the software update in March 2020. all Samsung NOTE 9 user has Discoloration of Screen and Samsung is not taking any responsibility.

 

NOTE 9 A BIG SCAM from Samsung and I guess it will be for all NOTE users. Be aware when you are buying NOTE 20.

Samsung should replace the screen free of cost. otherwise I will never buy a Samsung flagship again.

They are not taking any responsibility and I have to pay 18000 to replace my screen. Used hardly for 8 months. How come to all nOTE 9 users having color discoloration during March & April 2020. 

 

BIG SCAM from Samsung. 

 

Please inform all your friends not to buy any Samsung products. henceforth this is my last product from Samsung.

samsung is not taking proper steps. You check in my profile when I mentioned that I already consulted service centre but there is problem happened after software upgrade and many others also facing same problem .Still they are suggesting to take to service centre . I think they are not serious about their customer. Will not buy this any more .

I bought it in June 2019 . I am facing this problem from April which is less than a year . I think that is the reason people trust Apple . Samsung is irresponsible . They are still silent even after so many complains in the forum and giving non sense solution for this .
