My Galaxy note 10 is not able to detect my Type C AKG earphones that came with the box. Any idea what's the matter? The firmware was also updated.
My notification just shows "connected" "disconnected" again and again until I restart.
I've read online that many note users faced this issue. Kindly guide me to solve this issue

delete all paired devices and try again. Mark as solution if it works
