how to use multi users in Note 8

That feature is only enabled on tablets. You might be able to get it working with root.

if Samsung able to provided kids mode app so why not inbuilt guest mode? even in Micromax cheap mobile provide this option in some model.

Mobile phones aren't generally shared with anyone else unlike a tablet or PC, so it does make sense to omit it. Still, in most cases it can be re enabled by adding 2 lines of code into the build.prop.

no actually I am not counting the base of demand and user need ratio of app and system ... If this is the case, then I use the camera six times in a month only ....It does not mean that the company should remove the camera system according to my single opinion...And as far as anyone is concerned, mobile is smart because we all need basic function same as PC.

Don't give them any ideas, they removed the IR blaster citing lack of demand. At least we still have a headphone jack.
