how to check samsung mobile

One of my friend bought a note 10 from online.. and she try to register in samsung it is showing it is already registered.. what it means... the phone is second hand? Please advice what we have to check when purchase a samsung mobile that it is new or refurbished.. i suggested her to buy samsung... she ordered huawei  and that order cancelled and bought this samsung note 10.

I would never buy a device online. I prefer to purchase something that I can actually see and be able to handle while still in the store. But in your case, if I were you I would probably just visit a samsung shop and have it check.

if that is a refurbished phone it will be mention .where you cant register???
