Any updates regarding note 9 updates for android 11 any dates or finished any updates

unfortunately.. there is no plan to update s9 or note 9 to Android 11

Actually still, the next Android 11 update hasn’t been released yet for Note 9 devices as it depends on the device software and hardware limitations. Hence, you will receive an automatic update notice if it is supported.
