everyone around me has note 10+ as mine same model they received android 11 a week ago however i didnt receive any update ,what might be the problem?

I really don't know, but my sister's Note 9 had the problem of last security update of April 2020, once I factory reset it, all updates came in series.

Give it some time, you will get it. if within another week you don't, then you need to factory reset your phone.
