good lock isn't working

I am trying to install and run my lock star or secure folder but it isn't work what should i do ? It gives error this content isn't available for your phone i have a note 8 dual sim

it means that your software don't allows your phone to run this app

Goodlock is a region locked application, it's not available in Pakistan and therefore wouldn't work
