galaxy note 8 random lock up

who experience their Samsung note 8 suddenly lock up even if you are still using it. then when I tried to put my pattern it says not recognized. I restart my phone and everything. still the same. if I put random pattern it says wrong password. when I put the correct one it says not recognized then need to wait again. my eset antivirus shows up and says error too. my bobby voice password didn't recognized either. end up resetting my phone😔😔😔😔

it happen randomly many times but when I put my pattern it's getting unlock. But this morning no luck.

my eset is even mailing me that" someone enters a wrong code" good thing all my settings were being backup online and on my computer.

then i advised you very simple
if you attempt many wrong pattren or possword ? you should wait only 5 minute then you should make a recieve call on your cell phone during call you unlock your cell by correct possword or pattern . you easily unlock your cell phone . i have also try in my cell phone its very helpful by without reset your cell phone .!

yes during call you be able to unloc your cell phone i have try on android ...!!

i am akso getting this random lockup it happens few times in a month to unlock have to key in the password iris or finger print does not work it is as if phone was restarted
