the worst phone ever I had 'irealy regretted to pay alote of money in such device like that 
I will never buy any device from Samsung again

I have also issues with #samsung Galaxy S20 Plus in the battery and feedback from Samsung is really disappointing now!

the problem here they don't know how to care and even fix it and if you keep to complain they can't do something same way restart your mobile and put in safe mode
