I have a privacy policy coming up intermittently on my phone .
Can you tell me how this can be removed?

The problem must be caused by an app called “Deep Panel” from the Galaxy Store. Deleting it will remove the pop-ups!

Then can you, please, send me the screenshots of the pop-up you receive, so I can compare?

that's the pop up followed by adverts

From what I see on your ScreenShots, you must have installed the app called "Sound Panel" from the Galaxy Store. Any app which has an access to the panels will pop-up the privacy policy. Try to Uninstall it. Hope it works for you!

I have just realized I have it. I have uninstalled. hope it will now work. thanks alot
