I have been a lot time with Samsung From Note 1 to Note 8. But now on I am so feed up from Samsung Software Upgradation Policy or whatever they want to say about that. The brand Like so much lower than Samsung getting the software upgradation to Oreo 8.0 and further more upcoming update regarding 8.1 is about to come their handset. I did not want name any brand. But It so embarrassing for Samsung like Brand & its Customers too. Why Customers invest that much in Samsung because quality of Service that I get worse in the term of Software Upgradation. In December On I am thinking to moving my assets to the IPhone upcoming Models as per they provide Its Software Upgradation On time to each of them devices. In other Countries Samsung provides lots of Services but Samsung thinks the India is so illiterate but it is not that correct. Samsung Developed the Oreo Update for Note 8 but due to the release of Samsung S9/S9+. they delayed the update rollout for Note 8. To Sell the Samsung S9/S9+ and increasing the demand of new devices. But Samsung have to understand if they Can't satisfy there privious coustomer. They Can't get New consumer and more over they begin loosing the regular consumer.
