faulty note 10 in market

I brought one note 10 on 23 Oct 2019. And I found application crash issue I make so many call to Samsung Helpline number after that I visited Samsung care center 3 to 4 times and care center do his level best but problem not solve so they give me DOA and I got new device without my choice (I'm always preferred black device but on this situation company had no stock for black colour).  as per my nature close problem without fight. I ready to get red colour device. But I really disappointed with Samsung again that red coloured device has same error.

Still I worried how many time I have to visit Samsung care center ?????

Now it's my final decision I want my money back. I have no such time to visit or call to Samsung care center or Samsung Helpline number.
