face recognition on but forgot pattern

i have two phones Note 10 and S8. using find my phone link is only resetting my s8 password. I have checked that my same Samsung account is logged in both devices. I want to reset my Note 10's password. as i forgot its pattern. please help !

I appreciate that you tried to help. I logged out and then logged in again on my samsung account. after logging in again, remote access switch was automatically off. Then it started asking for pattern to turn it on. So i was trapped in a loop in the end.
Still, i can operate my phone and i can back up and factory reset. There will be little or no damage after factory resetting.
It only made me more carefull for next time.

i was signed in in the samsung account with google. So, No i did not had any password for samsung account. but then I set password later today.

you could one thing disconnect all devices and reconnect all one by one starting with note 10
so also try the above screenshot to reset password don't factory reset yet reset your password on the findmymobile link once if it doesn't work use factory reset as last option only 👍👍👍👍👍👍

but remote access is now off and it needs the pattern to turn remote access on

what I do is I use biometrics instead of pattern so to lock or unlock remote access it always asks for fingerprint that way no pattern I have to remember and it's safe also
try that that's what I do so maybe it'll help u too😊😊😊

i also am signed via Google account but use a password for samsung account too to remember it easily try the same password you use to unlock phone when it starts it'll be easy to remember 👍👍👍👍
