Dear all any one have idea when they will exchange with new one because I called help line no one attend then I call to Sharjah city centre branch they told me you bring phonr after four days you will get new so what i will use in these 4 days
THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE NOT GIVING US CORRECT INFORMATIONS! I WALKED IN JUST NOW IN DUBAI MALL AND GOT MY REPLACEMENT. I ASKED THEM AND TOLD ME THAT THEY STARTED DOING IT SINCE YESTERDAY
