edge screen isn't working

edge screen isn't working when screen goes off... I checked all the setting... And put it as always... Working for messaging app... Except that... It isn't working.... Give me some solution

try clearing cache from devise manager and boot menu as well.
if problem still not solved, maybe try a reset.

Edgr lighting has to be enabled for that particular app. without that it won't work.
