Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Headphone).
> Try your earpieace with another device and check the issue
> Adjust the left/right balance of the sound (except calls) when using earpieace (Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing enhancements>>Adjust left/right sound balance
