earpiece volume gone low

Suddenly my note 8's earpiece volume has become very low. And it happened with the latest security update

clean your ear piece with tooth brush for any dust

dial *#0*# in your Phone dialer and you will get a menu. then click on receiver and check the ear piece volume

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Headphone). 

> Try your earpieace with another device and check the issue

> Adjust the left/right balance of the sound (except calls) when using earpieace (Settings>>Accessibility>>Hearing enhancements>>Adjust left/right sound balance
