It's has nothing to do with location. I have scheduled it manually. And my location is always turned on.

Location is only needed for sunset and sunrise scheduling, not for custom schedule bro!

You have problem with turning off or turning on? Anyways the toggle will only happen when your screen is off.

Bro, Custom schedule is working absolutely fine in my device(S10+)..please check your device power saving mode..

perform reset apps prefrences
or
are you using any launcher..(I am just guessing)

I'm having the same issue with my s20..it gets stuck In light of dark mode even though I have set schedule.i have to manually turn dark mode on and off..weird.
