max brightness, it changes to sunlight mode so the colors get washed out a bit to make it easier to see in direct sunlight.. if you have the brightness bar in the pulldown shade, you can see a small area in the bar at the end (right side) which has a diff color.. that's the sunlight mode.. it boosts brightness and changes the color mode..
