see as your device has a indian firmware so your phone apps are shipped with indian settings i.e. server related things inside app are by default india server or india database as of that result is You are always redirected to india portal using the app when ever you open the app in your phone cause it do trigger indian database . there you have no option to change your country as you do get in play store etc .. so if you want to use canada samsung member than visit it via desktop web browser
You can change country in play store etc but there is no way to change country in samsung member app
but your country will be changed if and only when you do flash your device with Canadian firmware and canadian CSC ( which is unnecessary )
