camera update with night mode - Note 9

I read on many forums that Samsung is pushing an update to the camera globally,  where theres a new night mode for the camera, on Note 9.

When do we get this in the UAE?

This update with night mode was available for S9 in UAE a few days before. Hope we will receive this update for Note 9 also soon.
