call records option missing

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 - i can't find the call records option but in same model other phone has same. Can you please help me to find the solution?

It depends upon the region you purchased the device. Call recorder was not available on my note 9 when I purchased from UAE, later I installed Indian variant firmware and I got built-in call recorder and is still working fine .
