call recording function in Samsung note-9

I am using Samsung note-9 instrument which is SM-N960F/DS s/n: RF8KA0SHCSA. I have seen lots of same make type instruments, all have call recorder function (or app built-in) but in my instrument don't have. I request you to help me on this issue.

call recording is illegal in some countries, After Android 9/pie, google closed all ports for call recording,third apps wont work, samsung includes in your phone app only if the country of purchase allows it,
