browser sound stuttering after one ui update Note 8

I used to listen to mynoise.net for sleep and it used to playback for two hours as per timer.

But after the update the sound comes stuttering when the browser is minimized.

This is a requirement for good sleep.
Please advise how i can get the sound when the app is minimized and phone screen off.
