bought a new note 8
Bixby doesn't respond at all . just keeps on loading even thought internet connection is excellent. plus did talk to Samsung care centre 3 times. they tried several steps. but after certain commands Bixby stops working . keeps on loading.

try factory reset if not solved go to Samsung store for support

same issue my s8 I am 4 time going to Samsung service center but not solved my issue this is not good Samsung service center engenier I not buy to Samsung phone
