You need to manually install update on your note 9 rom. It wouldn't also work properly after updating.

Bro do manually through odin it would be official. But u try this method if you are expert for this otherwise help from other who is expert in this

i think it is possible if u and me install mirror imaging app for windows then u can handle my system and control my pc and do this for me

you shouldn't install the new update as you have already customer rom installed.
