That's lockdown mode..but there is a catch..its for safety or security purpose, that no one can use your biometrics to open your device..you can use it when you are not nearby your devic especially while sleeping..but, if you want to use it again and again, then you should tap it everytime whenever you are keeping your device idle..aisa nahi hai ki ek baar tap kiya to woh continuously kaam karega..
