anyone experiencing lags & freezing after the February security updates?

Well at first i was surprised to have seen a notification before I updating my note 9 to the February security patch concerning letting Samsung receiving information about the phone when it's freezing and eventually shutting down abruptly to be fixed, but now am seeing it the phone sometimes freezes and restarts has anyone experienced the same.

am afraid to say the experience i have with service centre we have in Mombasa doesn't solve your problems while you wait they always ask for either 24 hrs or more and incase the phone has software issues they charge for any software related problems because I bought my phone in the UAE not KENYA.

I'm using Note9 and I have had the recent update. Fortunately I have not encountered any problem after the update as far as my device is concern. I do agree that you will need to have your phone checked in a service center.

I've downloaded subway surfers and Samsung Family for my son but haven't been playing any as a matter of fact I'm thinking of deleting them as they are OCCUPYING my storage for NOTHING !! Please check out the screen shot I took when updating am attaching to this reply has anyone received the same
