I am managing to dodge it. Don't touch the big white box notification of software update. You may however touch Wi-Fi connection. Do it and then on tap on the multi-windows button (left side of home button) then tap CLOSE ALL WINDOWS. Then go to Settings and Notifications and make sure you turn off all notifications related to the Android system and everything you don't really need. You will have to repeat the procedure every morning and every time you place a call. In case you fell in the trap already. Back up your files and root your phone to factory settings. Then follow above procedures.
