Android Q is still under BETA level , so it is not possible. check android.com developer section for the real and accurate information about eligible device list for Android Q beta or future final release
And android devices generally receive only 2 OS updates , if your device released with Android 7 initially ( pre installed , not the upgraded ) than you are not eligible for Android Q update
