android P. note 9

Is there any way to install android P and Samsung one UI beta on galaxy Note 9 in a country where Samsung not officially released beta . Please help if you know.

Andriod Pie Stable version relaswd today in Germeny. So with in one waek it will avilable other countries. So no need to search beta
