open samsung members app
go to right hand corner three dots and then settings there will be some options like beta programme and the deregister from there

yes checked there..but I didn't find any beta program option to de register

officially everyone got android 10 update in all Samsung note 10 and note 10 plus devices.

there is no more beta version
