android 10 on note 9. does anyone else's phone get slow down after upgrading?

My note 9 get very slow after updating to the latest software which is android 10. Apps opening time has been increased. Most off the apps taking too long to open. Overall feels like the phone is very slow after this update.

please follow the steps mentioned in the attached pic , it definitely will help either to fix battery draining or slow performance
