I am using note 10 plus 5G.. one of the top flagship model of samsung.. till i didnot get that upgrade of andriod 10.. why it is not getting for your flagship model.. i am very upset that i purchased this device.. many times i contact with samsung customer care they informed that our engineering team still sort out of this issue.. is there any one have the same problem
For the Note 10+ 5G version update, we apologize but our engineers are working on the update to be perfect for customers, and it is expected to be available soon.
we all have have the same issue. I guess it's just an excuse from samsung. but the reality is they are more focus on the s20 and forgot about the note 10 5g users. It's impossible for them to take this long to sort out issues with the OS. it has been out for a long rime im other region.
